PC-PDX.com (PORTLAND SHOW GUIDE and MORE)

Portland has a great music scene, so many killer Punker, Metal, Hardcore, Grindcore, Applecore(?), dance and whatever bands...Portland also has a lot more music going on than what the Mercury prints. PC-PDX.com is here to be the definitive Portland Show Guide, listing every band at every venue, every house party and every drunken pirate ho-down in town. Bar shows are easier to promote but there are a lot of all ages gigs and house shows going out with no word. Unless you check a bands myspace every week, your likely to miss a good one. Fuck That! We're putting together a rad show list, updated daily, Anyone can submit any local show, anywhere: house or a club, we'll put the word out and build the p-town scene. PDX kind of sucks for the under 21 crowd so be sure to get those all ages shows listed.

It is impossible for a stranger traveling through the United States to tell from the appearance of the people or the country whether he is in Toledo, Ohio, or Portland, Oregon. Ninety million Americans cut their hair in the same way, eat each morning exactly the same breakfast, tie up the small girls curls with precisely the same kind of ribbon fashioned into bows exactly alike; and in every way all try to look and act as much like all the others as they can.-Lord Northcliffe

This is not mine it is done by the people who run the Coop but I really support what these people are doing. So I copied and pasted the description. Great resource for touring bands that want all ages shows. Check it out.

Yeah dude those coop motherfuckers are sweet wonderful people.  This site has been a lifesaver, not knowing where anything is and all.  This is the future of scene-building.  User-editable stuff!

I agree.  Damian puts a lot of hard work into PC-PDX.com and it is the best show guide I've found on the internet. Period.  Its a really undervalued resource in Portland.  I have to admit, Local Cut is pretty sweet too.

pc-pdx.com is one of the best resources around for the city of portland, which can be overwhelming for bands from smaller towns, i.e. juneau, ak where we moved from.
