Another band that I am working on recording. Sounds like the Minds, with Ryan from the Automatics' brilliantly off-kilter drumming.

These folks are super fun live.  I think we played with them and the Leftovers?

Yes, at the Twilight. That was a fun show, one of the reasons I was hoping you guys could play on the 11th. This seems to be a rough month for scheduling.

I know of some Seattle bands that are usually down to play in Portland.

hey scott,

i'm not sure if you got my message, but we can play on the 11th, not going to bend because our drummer has another gig (in a musical) here in town, but we'd have to play late or last because he doesn't get off until like 10:30 or 11.

either way, i'll try to come out to the show.

peace,

ryan

I didn't go out of my way to ask any out-of-towners since it's such short notice, if somebody's coming all the way from down from Seattle I want to have time to really promote it. Speaking of that though, how the hell did I miss you guys at Ducketts? It's right down the street from my house, practically walking distance...Send me a text next time, dork.

I completely failed on texting my portland people this last time.  I posted it all over the PPMB and here though!
