Montana punk(-ish) podcast
« on: May 24, 2010, 02:14:24 PM »

Big Sky Sub Rosa: bigskysubrosa.blogspot.com

Why? 'Cause central/eastern MT is a flat dry grassland (in both the literal and figurative sense)...read: "nearly devoid of musical culture"...and maybe we can actually contribute to making it a slightly better place to be if we show kids there's more than FM radio and bad indie/fashion magazines.

myspace: www.myspace.com/bigskysubrosa

...and a facebook page may be coming soon, since no one seems to use myspace anymore.

We initially formed in August 2009 and began writing music as a four-piece. After a long time searching for the right front person, Sean joined the band in February 2010 to fill the slot. We all come from backgrounds of rock, DIY punk and hardcore and have all played many shows and toured in previous bands, including Anchor Down, Knifetalk, Auralust, and The Knifeswitch. We are excited to finally have this band up and running and, as Willie said, we just can't wait to get on the road again.
