So I met some new friends and am starting a band in Spokane called Riverside Breakdown. We sound like proggy pop punk. Kinda like johnny bodacious and the bad attitudes (like you have ever heard of them).

Anyway this Summer if you ever wanna come out to Spokane let me know and we will party.

Also, I saw another flyer that has Aces and Eights on the bill. Good thing it was supposed to be just us and the Isotopes and locals, now theres touring bands and 2 locals. What a mess.

It sucks when your name is spelled wrong on flyers! It happens to my band ALL THE TIME!

I don't know who made the grey flyer with the incorrect spelling for the Isotopes. Here is another flyer that we have posted on our site.

There are always at least 5-6 bands that play the Cretin hop...Especially in the summer when a lot of bands are touring.

Yeah, but this is a really terrible way to run a club. Expecially if the 6 band bills only have 2 locals on it. It makes touring bands want to take another route. Before the cretin hop we would always work with a production company that would take a big chunk of the money, but at least would book us with only locals so there was at least a chance of having a full room. It's kind of the whole 'if a tree falls and no one is around to hear it' kind of deal. It's a bummer to have such a great club making weird decisions like that.

Ah, he's fine. We are playing tomorrow and a couple shows next week, but he needs to have minor surgery and we need to take that weekend off if he's going to be better again in time for our west coast tour.
