The Lolligaggers
« on: April 24, 2009, 11:36:12 AM »

We're a pop-punk band from Longview Washington that loves to drink. We've been doing it since 1995. Nobody in Longview does what we do. We'll have a 5 song 7" EP called "Mill Town Punk" out later this summer. Check it!

we have fliers that you can print out and give to Longview people.  Or when we come down there in a couple weeks, we'll have fliers.

That'd be ideal. I'll be your Longview "street team". I thought I saw that Chuck Roast had put The Hickmans on here though. Am I  mistaken?

Looks like The Lolligaggers are playing on May 23rd at the Chinese Gardens in Longview now as well. Marty's bringing some band from Montana called Birds Mile Home. They're a little bit country, a little bit folk, and a little bit punk. More info as it all comes together. We're going to arrange our set-list like a baseball line-up for that one.

I don't know if I'd go that far, but it is a good place to go out on mini-tours and party and play.  Good bands, good people, a bit too small town for me to want to live there though.

Hey everyone....

We're playing next Saturday (June13th) at Grumpy's in Longview, WA w/ 48 Thrills (PDX) and The Prey (San Diego, CA). We were scheduled to play second, but we're gonna open up instead so everyone should come out early and drink with us. I still have two guitars left...maybe I'll break another one.

I just posted some "new" old songs on our myspace. Our cover of J Church's "The Track" and three Misfits' covers: "Violent World", "Where Eagles Dare", and "Halloween". Please check 'em out and let us know what you think. www.myspace.com/thelolligaggersdrinkbeer
We're also in the process of getting some shirts made. Here's the artwork. It's gonna say "Jesus Christ I Need A Drink" on the back.

We're working on new songs and just might record and release some homemade demos. Not sure yet.
Here are the song titles for what we're probably going to demo:
"She's Gone Gone Gone"
"Sobriety (Is Motherfuckin' Not For Me)"
"Goodbye Cruel World"
"You're Dead"
"Bug Shit"
"Thanks Again"

We might throw in our cover of Alice Cooper's "Escape" too.

Yeah...we have a few shows in mid and late August, but nothing planned for September yet. Whenever we get our 7"'s we're gonna do the whole record release show thing and would like The Hickmans to be a part of that.
