ok, but i'm not making a new thread! This is on the DL, so to speak.
I make 4"x6" speakers for shipping cost ($6) plus donation. They're printed on UPS thermal labels, which makes them waterproof but not weatherproof (they'll last a few weeks stuck to a street sign). It's a super high contrast print, black+white only, no color, no greyscale. For an example of a good design for this, see the smokejumper logo. They will have small UPS logos on the sticker backing, as well as a teeny tiny UPS logo and some fine print on the bottom of the sticker (see
http://david.solender.googlepages.com/blanky.bmp for reference. You can cut it off if you care.). Now, 4x6 is awfully big, so if you want to put more than one on a sheet, that's fine by me. You cut them out yourself, though. 500 is the base amount you get for cost plus donation for my time (money goes to my label).
